System Integration

System Integration is our primary business. Dating back to our role as a Prime Contractor and Instructor Trainer for Operation United Shield in Somalia, ATI has been the system integrator for all of the nonlethal weapons capability sets (NLCS) ever fielded by the United States military and a wide variety of other smaller projects for domestic and foreign clients. To date, ATI has fielded more than 1,000 sets of riot control and force protection equipment ranging from small ad hoc groupings of gear to large multiple company sized capability sets. All told, our System Integration efforts have resulted in on-time delivery of just over 5,000,000 pounds of equipment to destinations ranging from Africa and Europe to the Pacific Rim, the Balkans, and the Middle East. No matter what your operation requires, ATI can handle the system integration and ensure on-time and 100 percent accurate delivery.

Military Packaging and Marking

ATI can handle any required military packaging and marking including the use of Quadcons, PALCONS, MILVANS or ISO Containers. Whether the equipment needs to be stenciled or marked in a particular way, or needs to comply with UN or NATO packaging requirements, we have the experience and equipment to do the job properly.

Custom Equipment Fabrication

Often the "perfect" solution for a client's problem does not already exist in the marketplace. In these instances we can tap into a broad network of manufacturers and craftsmen to custom fabricate necessary equipment. In the past we have custom designed and built everything from pouches and vests to specialized armor, tire deflation devices, and even armorers' kits. Whatever equipment is necessary, ATI will not only assist with product design but will oversee manufacturing and ensure on-time delivery as well.

GFM Handling

If part of your operation requires the handling and coordination of Government Furnished Materials ("GFM"), we can handle it. Our past experience combined with inventory receipt and tracking make the handling of GFM simple and efficient. If your requirements include incorporating GFM into your commercial purchases, this can also be handled inexpensively by ATI.

Product Training and Assembly

ATI can facilitate product training and assembly to take place at an end-user's location either as part of a larger order or on its own. Because of our unique relationships with both our clients and manufacturers, we have access to a tremendous network of technical and operational support staff to assist you in completing whatever training and/or product assembly is required by your operation. Whether the objective is to train a small police department on the use of less-lethal or to field a complete military force protection system, ATI has both the experience and the resources to make it happen.

Technical Drafting and Support Services

In the past, we have done everything from drafting military technical manuals to assisting police departments in writing their policies and procedures. Our staff and available support contractors include attorneys, engineers, military and police administrators, and numerous tactical operators. We can also assist with the gathering of product manuals, technical information, Material Safety Data Sheets (HAZMAT Info), product warranty information, training manuals, and other relevant information. When required, all of this information can be assembled into an "owner's manual" and included with each shipment. We can also provide technical assistance to logistics coordinators for subsequent movement of purchased items.

System Refurbishment

One of our unique services is system refurbishment and replacement of fielded systems. If you have equipment that is damaged or needs repair, we will pick that system up from the end-user's location, perform a complete inventory and quality control evaluation, repair or replace parts, upgrade any equipment necessary, repackage all gear, then return it to the end-user's location. After years of refurbishing riot control and force protection equipment for the US Army and USMC, ATI has perfected this process ensuring that it is done in a time frame and manner that does not impair the end-user's capabilities.

Proven Delivery System

Through our years of System Integration experience, we have developed a proven system for System Integration that, to date, has never failed to deliver when and where expected. From our delivery scheduling and product ordering system to our receiving/shipping system and customer support architecture, every part of ATI's System has been repeatedly tested by our past System Integration projects. Our professionalism, industry resources, and dedication have permitted us to deliver on time, every time, regardless of the location.

Warranty and Technical Support

Our relationship with our clients does not end when your shipment arrives. For all of our clients, we provide ongoing technical and warranty support to not only the contracting unit, but whoever the end-user ultimately becomes. This support includes answering basic product questions, researching complicated problems, facilitating additional product training, and warranty support for broken or defective products.
